Step 1Arrival and Changing Area
Arrive at the hammam and change into your peştemal (traditional wrap) and slippers. The peştemal, towels and slippers are provided, so you do not need to bring anything. Plan about 2.5–3 hours for the whole experience.

Step 2Steam Room and Scrub
Relax on the heated marble platform (göbek taşı) in the steam room until you are warm through. An attendant then gives you a full-body exfoliation with a traditional kese glove, which leaves your skin glowing.

Step 3Foam Wash and Oil Massage
A warm foam wash follows the scrub. After it comes a 30-minute traditional oil massage to work out any travel tension.

Step 4Relaxation Lounge
Finish with herbal tea in the relaxation lounge before heading back out, refreshed. The rest of your day is still ahead of you for sightseeing.
